The 2025 Ofrenda

Every year, we put together the ofrenda in our house in the days and weeks leading up to Día de los Muertos. I always photograph it once it’s finished. The building of it and then the documenting of it are both sacred to me as we carve out space in our home and our lives to place our loved ones front and center. To pull them out from within our own hearts so that our love for them is exhibited proudly for anyone to see. 2025.
